The gym itself is very good and the and the staff are exceptional when helping and dealing with customers. They have a variety of equipment for all workouts and they are also very hygienic. A special mention to Janet who helped me out and gave me advice when working out very kind and a lovely lady

Equipment is quality and well looked after. Virtual classes to suit every need. Really clean facilities, modern checking in and out making booking classes and etc really easy. Really friendly and everything you'd get from a bigger branded gym without the long drives too and from.

Brilliant local gym.. awesome friendly staff...super clean...O go purely for the spin classes. These are Les Mills Virtual. The instructors are world class and their cueing wrt to form ensures a strong but safe ride. They've also got The Trip available to members as well as RPM.
